My name is Shane Derr
I bring over 25 years of experience in the conference and events industry, combining a background in software engineering, IT, and on-the-ground event management. I’ve worn nearly every hat—from systems architect to onsite lead—and that hands-on perspective drives how I approach every project.
As president of Eventeck, my focus is on creating technology that removes friction, enhances engagement, and makes it easier for people to connect—whether they’re checking in at registration or networking on the event floor.
I believe in leading by example and building strong, collaborative teams that go the extra mile for our clients. With over 15 years of experience in exhibit coordination and event technology, she brings deep expertise in managing onsite logistics, exhibitor services, and lead retrieval systems.
Kelli is known for her organized, solutions-focused approach and her ability to create smooth, efficient experiences for both exhibitors and attendees. Her long-standing role with the National Urban League reflects her dedication to excellence and her passion for supporting impactful events.
