With our dynamic interactive floor plan system, we make it easy to customize your show floor by moving, combining, and renumbering booths as needed.  Plus exhibitors have access to a public facing version of your floor plan to view and purchase their space on the floor.

Onsite Check-In

We've made attendee Check-in quick and easy.  A QR code is emailed to your attendees ahead of the event. They scan that QR code at a

self-Check-In kiosk and receive their badge in just seconds.   We also offer solutions without badge printing.

My name is Shane Derr

I bring over 25 years of experience in the conference and events industry, combining a background in software engineering, IT, and on-the-ground event management. I’ve worn nearly every hat—from systems architect to onsite lead—and that hands-on perspective drives how I approach every project.  

 

As president of Eventeck, my focus is on creating technology that removes friction, enhances engagement, and makes it easier for people to connect—whether they’re checking in at registration or networking on the event floor.

 

I believe in leading by example and building strong, collaborative teams that go the extra mile for our clients. We are more than just your event registration company, we are an ally and a partner that works closely with you every step of the way, from concept to conclusion.   At Eventeck, we don’t just deliver software—we deliver confidence, clarity, and convenience, to help you stay calm in high-pressure environments.

Kelli Parry has proudly served as the Lead Retrieval Manager and NUL Exhibit Manager since 2009.

 

With over 15 years of experience in exhibit coordination and event technology, she brings deep expertise in managing onsite logistics, exhibitor services, and lead retrieval systems.

 

Kelli is known for her organized, solutions-focused approach and her ability to create smooth, efficient experiences for both exhibitors and attendees. Her long-standing role with the National Urban League reflects her dedication to excellence and her passion for supporting impactful events.
